When Julia was 3 weeks old we had her picture taken by Sarah Havard, a friend of ours here in Georgetown. Here are some of our favorites. (By the way, if you go to her website and click "gallery" the first two images are from our maternity portrait session, which was done just a few days before Julia arrived.)

Last weekend we took Julia on her first trip out of town. We spent Friday night with Kyle's parents in Beaumont and Saturday night with Melanie's parents in Houston.

Good Morning, Sunshine!

Julia is definitely a morning person. She is so cute when she first gets unwrapped in the morning - she spends several minutes stretching and now that she is starting to smile, she looks so happy.

This has been her bedtime look since the first night she came home from the hospital. She is double-swaddled and wears the same cute hat.

I love how warm and toasty she is when I unwrap her.
