Julia loves to help Daddy clean the boat.  She is such a good helper!

I took Julia to a craft event for kids at the public library.  Julia made a paper flower with wildflower seeds to plant at home.  She did such a good job writing her name on the paper plate!

Off to enjoy the evening at the neighborhood park.  Julia had a new kite she wanted to fly.

Colin enjoyed watching Daddy and Julia fly the kite.

 The kids always have fun with Lauren when she is in town.  We went to Cotton Patch for lunch.

Playing in the rocks is always fun!

Beaumont Weekend

We had a fun weekend in Beaumont visiting Gigi and Pop!  We went to the South Texas State Fair, which Julia loved.  Colin - not so much.  It was hot and sunny and he refused to wear sunglasses or eat anything while we were there.

Bluebonnet Pictures

Here are our spring bluebonnet pictures, taken by our good friend Sarah.  Colin wasn't a fan of being set down in the middle of the flowers, but having his tractor helped distract him a bit.

Loves any kind of dessert, especially ice cream and cupcakes
Will finally agree to go to Chick-fil-A, but only if I call to make sure the cow won't be there
Is a wonderful big sister, helps Colin, plays with him, teaches him daily

Colin's 1st Haircut

We took Colin to Snip Its for his first real haircut.  He was mesmerized by a flashing/beeping toy the lady gave him so he didn't even realize anything was happening to his hair.  It was quick, easy, and a great experience.
