Julia's First Sleepover!

Julia's best friend, Raegan, came for her first sleepover.  We picked her up around 5:30pm so the girls could play a little before dinnertime.  After dinner they had a special treat:  ice cream sandwiches!  Then they put their pajamas on and watched the CareBears movie.  Colin enjoyed having Raegan here too!

July 4th - Part II

Later in the afternoon we went to San Gabriel Park for the July 4th festivities.  The kids enjoyed the petting zoo and riding the train.  Then we met the Hildebrands for dinner at Burger University on the square.  Afterward we picked up Cherry Berry frozen yogurt and found a spot to watch the fireworks on the side of I-35.  We ate our dessert while waiting for the sun to go down.  The view of the fireworks wasn't great, but we were home within 10 minutes of them ending so it was fine with us.

July 4th - Part I

We had a fun July 4th with great friends!  We all went to Stillhouse Hollow Lake with the Noels and enjoyed perfect weather.  Here are some pics...

How pitiful...hot, sweaty, (probably itchy under the cast), and wearing an uncomfortable life jacket.  All while watching everyone else have fun in the lake.

Fun with Friends

Our small group Bible Study group meets on Tuesday nights, but with the holiday tomorrow we took a night off.  The Noels organized a potluck dinner at their home so we could still get together.

Lakeline Mall

Kyle had a random weekday off so we decided to have a fun family day at Lakeline Mall.  The kids had a blast playing in the play area, riding the train, riding the carousel, and eating at the food court.
