Post-Treatment

We spent one night at Mamaw and Papaw's after being discharged from the hospital.  Colin had more quality time with them and got to ride the tractor in the morning before we headed back home.

 

Happy Valentine's Day, Colin!  Thoughtful Mamaw bought Colin his very own cake since he had to miss his Valentine party at school.

Treatment #4

Colin had his 4th round of treatments at TCH February 10-12.  He did well and enjoyed his stay.  Kyle worked and juggled Julia around among friends, so Mamaw came with me to help.

 Katie also came by one evening after work to visit Colin, which made him feel special.

 A nice lady with a volunteer group of realtors brought Colin this monkey for Valentine's Day.  How sweet!  And perfect since he just loves monkeys.

Houston Visit

Papaw was home from Brazil for a couple weeks so after school on Thursday I drove them to Houston for a visit.  Kyle joined us for the weekend, then took Julia back home while Colin stayed for a treatment at TCH.

 

 Colin was excited to see that backhoe/front-loader was working in Mamaw & Papaw's backyard when we arrived Thurs.  It was fun for him to watch it work up close.
