Fun on the boat!

We spent a gorgeous Saturday on the lake.  We invited our neighbors Ms. Yvonne, Mrs. Annessa and Mr. Dan to join us.  It was a fun time!

Weekend Visitors

Mamaw and Papaw came to visit for the weekend of Mother's Day.  We took the kids to ride the train at Zilkner Park in Austin for the first time.  It was lots of fun!

Julia and Raegan played in the slip n slide without changing clothes first so we just stripped them down.  They had a blast!

Mother's Day/ Father's Day

Julia's class had a little breakfast honoring the mothers and fathers (for Mother's Day and an early Father's Day).  Kyle was able to slip out of work for a few minutes to attend.  Here are some pics.

Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day with my family and the day was extra special since my parents were in town and I could celebrate with my own mother.  We went to church and had a nice brunch afterward at the country club.  

Fresh Beat Band Concert

Kyle took Julia to her first concert to see the Fresh Beat Band (from the NickJr. show).  She asked to wear a shirt with a star on it so I made her one.   She was so excited for her date night and loved every minute of the concert.
